New Digests Elias is a master storyteller, weaving a rich tale on the nature and development of human consciousness. He has introduced many dozens of concepts to date and is always taking new twists and turns to explore them. We are happy to feature two new Digests this month. The first one integrates ideas from the past seven years in the context of a new theme: avenues of communication
The second one develops the idea of “aspects” into more subtle and subjective areas: aspects of essence; primary (directing)/secondary (observing)
A New Exercise Lucid dreamers will want to check out: focal points – projections of consciousness

Power Users Tip of the Month - Using Browser Search Did you know that your web browser has its own SEARCH function? If you use Netscape or MS Explorer, just press the CTRL+F keys (the letter "F") and you will open a search window (OPTION+F on Macs). Just enter any keyword or phrase and it will search whatever webpage you have open. For example, if you are searching for info on the orientation of "soft" and have opened the Digest on gender, orientation, and preference, you can then go directly to any reference to it WITHIN the Digest and skip around using this function.
